Made a mistake in my last Howard Cams post in stating that one of the motors runs in reverse...Lots of the cars in this same era DID have one motor running in backwards (TV Tommy Ivo's car for instance) What made the Howard Cams car unique was that although one of the motors was facing the rearend, they both still ran in the normal direction...BUT one motor had the flywheel on the wrong end of it and a timing chain and blower pulley on the other wrong end of the engine...Tons of machining involved in this...Look closely and you'll notice some other cool motor tricks that later became the norm...
